At Easy Miles, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have no visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items returned outside the return period

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

  • Gift cards
